Instructions for sending downloaded Application Form |
|
1. Download and print the following
three documents from www.rtu.ac.in/rmat
a.
Information Brochure
b.
Admission Application Form
c. OMR Application Form
|
|
2. Fill the Admission Application Form as per instructions given on page 10 of
Application Form |
|
3. Fill both pages of OMR form as per instructions given on page 11 and 12 of
application form. |
|
4. Attach a self addressed post card as acknowledgement card. Affix Rs. 6/-
stamp over it. |
|
5. Attach a DD of Rs. 1000/- in favor of "RMAT-2008" payable at Kota.
Cheque or Postal order will not be acceptable in any case. |

6. Attach other documents as per checklist given on page 9 of application form. |
|
7. Send completed Application Form along with OMR, DD and other documents to the
"Coordinator, RMAT-2008, Rajasthan Technical University, Kota (Raj.) - 324010"
by Registered/Speed Post only. |

8. Last date for receiving completed form at RMAT Office, Kota is May 04,
2008 by 05:00 pm. |
