2 An attested copy of Certificate / Mark sheet of High School / Secondary bearing Date of Birth of the candidate.

3 An attested copy of Certificate / Mark sheet of Senior Secondary (10+2).

4 An attested copy of Mark sheet of Graduation (10+2+3) Examination, as a proof of having passed the qualifying examination. (If you have already passed the qualifying examination).

5 Final year appearing students must submit a certificate (in the required format given in this brochure certificate-1) from the head of the institute stating that they are appearing for the final year examination in 2007.

6 Candidates applying against reserved seats must submit sufficient documentary proof in support of their claim. (certificate 3 to 6 )

7 Self Addressed Acknowledgement Card stamped for Rs. 6/-.

8 Two Self Addressed Envelopes of size 9” x 4” unstamped.
