Sub:  Regarding Enrollment & eligibility Forms for remaining M. Tech.
        Colleges for I Semester M. TECH. for the session 2010-11.
Dear Sir,
Please download the enrollment & eligibility forms of students  of  M. TECH.-I Semester for the Session 2010-11. The Enrolment fee is as under :-
Fee in Rs.

  • Raj. Board/Universities in Raj. State/Board of Technical         Rs.    200/-

Education, Jodhpur

  • CBSE & other Central Board (IGNOU, NIOS)                       Rs.    300/-
  • Other than Rajasthan & Central Board/University in India       Rs.    500/-
  • All other cases (NRI, Foreign students)                                  Rs. 5,000/-

The last date for submission of duly completed enrollment & Eligibility forms with original documents to the University is as below:-

Student Late fee to be deposited in the University:
1. Enrollment Fee/ Late Fee  to be deposited by the students :
a) Up to 01st March, 2011(till 5.00 p.m.)                                         : prescribed fee (without late                                                                                                        fee)
b) After 01st March, 2011 to 03rd March, 2011(till 5.00 p.m.) : prescribed fee + Rs. 100/- (Late
                                                                                                  fee)
c) After 03rd March,  2011 to 05th March, 2011(till 5.00 p.m.) : prescribed fee + Rs. 250/- (Late
                                                                                                  fee)
d) For submission of documents separately after            : Rs. 250/- Per Student
     submission of Enrolment forms(Each Installment)

  • Late fee to be Paid by remaining colleges :

Late fee after 01st March, 2011(till 5.00 p.m.)                     :for delay in forwarding the information/   documents at first time is Rs. 1,000/- per day of delay.

Penalty for mistakes/lapses by the       : Rs. 500/- per form subject to
college in submission of forms :    maximum of Rs. 10,000/- in process of overcoming
                                                           the mistakes/ lapses. College must deposit penalty
from within 07days of the intimation sent to  College  the University, otherwise Rs. 1,000/- per day will be further penalty on college in addition to Rs. 10,000/-.        

                                                                                               

The forms must be submitted with prescribed enrolment fee by Bank D.D. in favour of Rajasthan Technical University, Kota.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FORWARDING ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WITH DOWNLOADED
ENROLEMNT & ELIGIBILITY FORMS FOR M. TECH. –I SEMESTER STUDENTS
Following original documents are essentially required for enrollment:

  1. 10th Mark sheet/10th certificate
  2. 12th Mark sheet
  3. Graduation Mark sheet with all semesters/years
  4. Migration certificate
  5. SC/ST/OBC /Special OBC- Cast Certificate, if benefit sought in admission/ percentage

relaxation & all other students related to above categories but not sought any benefit in
admission, must provide only attested photocopy of cast certificates to the University for
statistics purpose.

  1. Other documents required for claim of admission in particular category.

Instructions for how to send original documents ?

  1. original documents of every students must be stapled separately along with a slip  indicating :
