Best Paper Award
The best paper will be selected by separate committee and will be the one that reports the most novel and promising research work that has a high potential impact in the real world.
Submission & Registration
Researchers are encouraged to submit their work electronically. The submission must be for the full paper (abstracts only are not accepted). The author should submit the full and original papers in electronic (DOC or PDF) format.
All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation.
It is important that at least one author per accepted paper/poster registers at the prescribed rates on or before the deadline
All accepted papers will be reviewed for publication in the Special issues of the following THOMSON REUTERS (SCI) andSCOPUS indexed journals with Impact factor or H index:

Before joining GUE, Hirdesh was with Tech Mahindra for a decade and led Project Management Center and Excellence & Vertical Schools. As the Global Head, PMCOE, he was responsible for creating sustainable system and environment for program & project management and developing & enhancing the project and program management competency of its associates. He was also responsible to create a pipeline of techno-functional consultants across Tech Mahindra.
A widely travelled executive to provide services to Fortune 100 customers. He has also been a passionate volunteers to various professional organizations and associations.
Hirdesh was awarded Top 40 under 40 Young Trainer 2009 Award from Training Magazine, USA. First Indian to receive this global honor. He was the Program Director for Project Management Institute (PMI) India Conference 2009 and He was the member of Management Advisory Group (MAG) for REP, PMI USA between 2010 & 2013. He was also the Vice Chairman of Indian Society of Training & Development, Hyderabad Chapter. He led Project Management Academy of PMI PCC being its Board Member during 2007 – 09.

Laiit Garg is a Senior Lecturer in Computer Information Systems at the University of Malta, Malta. He is also an honorary lecturer at the University of Liverpool, UK. He has also worked as a researcher at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and at the University of Ulster, UK. He received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Ulster, Coleraine, U.K., in 2010, his postgraduate in information technology from the ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (IIITM), Gwalior, India.
He was nominated for the Operational Research Society Doctoral Prize “Most Distinguished Body of Research leading to the Award of a Doctorate in the field of OR”. He got the 2009 award of best paper published in Faculty Research Conference by Research Graduate School, University of Ulster, UK. He was also awarded research studentship in Healthcare Modelling to carry out research studies leading to award of the degree of philosophy in the faculty of computing and engineering at University of Ulster, UK.
Satish Kumar Sharma
Information Technology Project Manager, USA
Mr. Sharma holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, and two master’s degrees, one in information technology (MSc-IT) with specialization in software engineering from University of Liverpool, UK and the second degree in business administration (MBA) with concentration in corporate innovation from Post University, USA. To his credit, he has a rich diversified professional experience of over 50 years in mechanical, electrical, aeronautical engineering and in information technology. He has had the honor of serving in Ministry of Defense, Government of India for over 27 years and having opted for an voluntary retirement as Senior Scientific Officer, served in private sector in India in senior positions including General Manager in the private sector before moving to the United States of America where he joined IBM in 1998 and has been working since then also for AT&T and Verizon in telecom sector in the field of information technology project management.
Mr. Sharma is registered with Engineering Council, UK as an incorporated Engineer (IEng), life member of British Computer Society (BCS), UK with an award of Chartered Information Technology Professional from BCS, and holds memberships from Royal Aeronautical Society, UK; Institute of Engineering and Technology, UK; American Society for Quality, USA; Project Management Institute, USA; Electrical and Electronics Engineers, USA and Agile Alliance, USA. He holds certification in project management from Villanova University and also is a certified scrum master. Mr. Sharma is a citizen of USA and has been deeply involved in religious and social activities having been living in Tampa, FL, USA since 1998. Currently, he is representing Indian Asian community in the County by being a member of the Diverse Advisory Committee to the Board of County Commissioners in the Government. He has served Lions Club as a President and is currently elected as a President-elect by the Federation of Indian Associations of Tampa Bay which represents memberships of associations representing different states from India.
